The Quattro-II 2x120V is a combined inverter and charger, similar to the MultiPlus-II 2x120V, designed for standard North American 50A 120/240VAC split-phase applications. It accepts two AC inputs and automatically connects to the active source. Two Quattro-II models are available in the 2x12V configuration: a 12V/3000W unit and a 24V/3000W unit.

It can handle power from shore power or a generator, passing through both lines of a 120/240V supply and utilizing the full 50A for charging and AC loads. When connected to a single-phase 120V supply, the L1 input accepts power for charging and passthrough, while combining the L1 and L2 outputs for single-phase 120V on each line.

When no AC sources are available, the Quattro-II 2x120V switches to inverter mode, providing 120V single-phase output. In this mode, it connects both lines (L1 and L2) to supply 120V to loads on either output, ensuring both sides of a distribution panel get 120V. However, 240VAC is only available when supplied by a split-phase 120/240VAC source, preventing heavy loads like water heaters or 240V air conditioners from draining the battery.

The Quattro-II 2x120V includes all standard features of our inverter/charger range, such as PowerControl, PowerAssist, Input Current Limit, two AC outputs, and options for parallel and 3-phase configurations for larger VE.Bus systems. It is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries and various other battery technologies.
