Magnum Energy MPXS250-30D Panel Extension Box
Use the MPX Series Extension Boxes to connect and mount additional Magnum inverters to the MP Series Systems Panels. Magnum inverters will fit seamlessly into the top of the MPX.
Use the MPX Series Extension Boxes to connect and mount additional Magnum inverters to any of the MP Magnum Panels. Magnum inverters will fit seamlessly into the top of the MPX.
AC and DC breakers as well as wiring to install another Magnum Inverter are included with the MPX extension box. An inverter hood (not shown in the picture) also comes with the MPX extension allowing the inverter to be mounted vertically.
The MPX extension box includes (content might vary depending on the model):
– One MPX extension box
– Inverter hood (for the inverter to be mounted vertically)
– DC disconnect breaker of 250A or 175A DC
– 30AAC double-pole AC breaker or 60AAC single-pole
– DC positive/negative battery cables
– AC wiring for wiring AC terminals into the MP panel
– Remote cable 300V, when installing remote router
– Stacking cable
– Labeling and mounting hardware such as nuts, washers and bolts.
Depending on the MP Magnum Panel used, there are five models of the MPX extension box. To ensure the correct battery cable length, each model has a left and right side version. The MPX extension boxes available are:

For MPSL/MPSH panels, left side. Fits 24V models, includes 250A DC breaker, 30A AC breaker, wires, MP-Hood, parallel cables
MPXS250-30D-R
For MPSL/MPSH panels, right side. Fits 24V models, includes 250A DC breaker, 30A AC breaker, wires, MP-Hood, parallel cables
MPXS175-30D-L
For MPSL/MPSH panels, left side. Fits 48V models, includes 175A DC breaker, 30A AC breaker, wires, MP-Hood, parallel cables
MPXS175-30D-R
For MPSL/MPSH panels, right side. Fits 48V models, includes 175A DC breaker, 30A AC breaker, wires, MP-Hood, parallel cables
